Responsibilities

Candidates will be responsible for:

 

  • Answering Calls, providing training on software
  • Troubleshooting GPS Devices and Applications
  • Creating reports & Gathering Data
  • Activating Devices and interacting with new customers by email, live chat, or phone
  • Arranging client coordination

Skills/Experience

  • Experience in BPO, At&t or Time Warner type accounts preferred
  • Great interpersonal communication skills
  • English, written and spoken – Fluent
  • Great analytical skills
  • A keen grasp of information technology
  • Professional demeanor
  • Personal accountability and strong work ethic
  • Show up to work on time
  • Positive, “can do” attitude
