Tier 1 Technical Support Davao

Join our team, we are looking for 5 Technical Support Representatives to work at SATX.

Job Duties

Answering Calls, providing training on software

Troubleshooting GPS Devices and Applications

Activating Devices and interacting with new customers by email, live chat, or phone


We are 24-7 support center, we will rotate your schedules on a 6 day work week. Days and night shift available.

You Must:

Have call center experience, At&t or Time Warner type experience a plus!

Computer Literate – simple tasks like using a ticketing system, data input, navigating and learning software

English – written and spoken fluent (test required)

18-35 Years old – Male or Female

Do not have issues, come to work on time, you take care of our company – we take care of you.
