Returns & Cancellations

Returns are warranted from time to time if the GPS tracker is found defective or damaged while in shipment. We strive hard to deliver a quality product that is defect free and have a very strict quality assurance and control program in accordance with the appropriate International Standards Organization (ISO). No returns will be accepted if they DO NOT have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.


Our Return Policy on Damaged Items

If the item is damaged during shipment, a UPS claim will be opened and an investigation from UPS. We as the shipper have no control over the timeline of the investigation. As soon as UPS has closed the claim, we will issue you a RMA for you to return the item back to us for replacement. The tracker will be sent to you free of charge and we agree to pay the return shipping on DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY.


Our Return Policy on Customer Dissatisfaction

We will attempt to rectify any issues you have by means of technical support first. If this is not a technical issue we can put you in contact with sales rep to try and rectify the issue. If that fails, a manager will contact you personally to see what the issue is and one last attempt at rectifying the issue will take place. If our customer is still not satisfied, an arrangement to return the merchandise will be made along with a refund.


Refunds & Return Shipping

We do not pay return shipping unless the item was damaged or it prearranged with management and authorized. We offer free shipping outbound, customers who simply wish to return an item that is physically working for any other reason will pay return shipping. This will be deducted from your refund.


Data Plans & Cancellations of Data Plans

SATX Technologies provides GPS trackers and GPS equipment. We do not provide a service for data. Any concerns with data or data problems can be addressed with Activate GPS Tracker which is our data provider. Warranty on Products

 We have a 2 year from purchase warranty on all trackers. Our warranty covers the tracker itself and it needs to be free from water, damage, or any other non-manufacturer defect. Items will be inspected upon return and warranty will be honored should we find defects in the device caused by production.
